When installing the DSM01 Curtis Filter into your modular synthesizer, make sure that the power cable is oriented correctly.
The power cable’s orientation is indicated on the PCB with the words “Red Stripe” and an arrow pointing toward the pins. A protection circuit protects the module from damage in the event the power cable is plugged in backwards.

When installing the DSM02 Character Module into your modular synthesizer, make sure that the power cable is oriented correctly. The DSM02 Character Module gives you the option to derive 5V local power from it if your power supply is 12V. If your modular system provides 5V power, the DSM02 can accommodate that as well.
