Where does the Take 5 ship from?
The Take 5 will ship from one of our warehouses in California or Nevada.
How long will it take for my Take 5 to arrive?
UPS Ground will usually take 2 to 5 business days to deliver within the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive tracking information directly from UPS. If you do not receive tracking information, please send a request to us by replying to your order email.
Can I return the Take 5 for a refund?
Yes, if you change your mind you can return the Take 5 within 30 days of shipment for a refund. Please reply to your order email to request a refund – a Return Authorization number will be issued and a UPS return label will be provided. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. There may also be a restocking charge if returns are not received in original condition.
What if my Take 5 arrives damaged?
If your Take 5 arrives damaged, please take photos of the Take 5 and packaging and email them to us by replying to your order email.
