Where does my synth ship from?

Your synth will ship from one of our warehouses in California or Nevada.

 

How long will delivery take?

UPS Ground typically delivers within 2–5 business days in the United States.

 

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking details directly from UPS. If you don’t receive them, please reply to your order confirmation email and request tracking information.

 

Can I return my synth for a refund?

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return your synth within 30 days of shipment for a refund. To start the process, reply to your order email. We’ll issue a Return Authorization number and provide a UPS return label.

    • A restocking fee may apply if the synth is not returned in its original condition.

 

What if my synth arrives damaged?

If your synth arrives damaged, please take photos of the synth and packaging and email them to us by replying to your order email. From there, our support team will assist in resolving the issue.
